About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Run live demos with prospective and new clients.
- Convert inbound leads into paying customers.
- Grow revenue from existing accounts by identifying upsell opportunities.
- Manage solution partners and resellers.
- Own account health end-to-end for client value.
- Keep CRM data accurate and actionable.
- Maintain onboarding and sales documentation.
- Collaborate across teams for seamless client experience.
- Monitor and improve your own performance by reviewing calls and tracking conversion rates.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ year in sales, account management, or customer success
- Experience with live demos and discovery calls.
- Experience working with SaaS contracts with an average value of $5K+ per year.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- CRM experience.
- Tech-savvy and a fast learner.
- Analytical and consultative mindset.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities.
