About the role

  • Design new landing pages and improve existing pages for the Coupler.io marketing website
  • Work with adaptive web designs
  • Manage and maintain the UI Library in Figma, ensuring consistency and scalability
  • Prepare design materials for marketing campaigns and growth initiatives, including:
  • banners for paid ads and social media
  • presentations and pitch decks
  • offline materials
  • Custom illustrations, infographics, collages, and other branded visual assets
  • Create and maintain marketing templates to speed up production and keep visuals aligned across channels
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and design teams
  • Proactively communicate design decisions, explain your approach, and provide clear reasoning behind solutions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in web design, with a strong marketing and graphic design background
  • A strong portfolio
  • Strong Figma skills, including component creation, UI Library management, prototyping, and adaptive design workflows
  • Confident usage of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
  • Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, visual hierarchy, and layout structure
  • Understanding of marketing design principles (conversion, messaging clarity, audience focus)
  • Strong critical thinking and a product-oriented mindset
  • High level of professional maturity. You take ownership from concept to final delivery, balance speed with quality, stay solution-oriented under pressure, and make decisions aligned with business goals rather than personal preferences
  • Self-directed ownership. You manage your workload, juggle multiple content streams, prioritize effectively, and deliver without constant oversight
  • Product understanding. You proactively learn how Coupler.io works, what problems it solves, and why customers choose it
  • High ownership level. You take responsibility for results, not just tasks
  • Ability to make informed design choices, clearly justify them to colleagues, and align decisions with product and marketing goals
  • Ability to work with feedback. You give and receive feedback constructively, integrate it into your work, and iterate quickly without losing quality
  • Good level of English for written and verbal communication across distributed teams.
