About the role
- Act as primary technical evangelist, communicating the protocol's vision through engaging content and presentations
- Develop and maintain technical content including documentation, tutorials, blog posts, and code examples
- Foster and nurture a vibrant developer community via online forums (Discord, Twitter), meetups, workshops, and hackathons
- Gather feedback from the ecosystem and translate pain points into actionable insights for engineering and product teams
- Represent the company at conferences and industry events with technical talks and demonstrations
- Serve as a bridge between the core protocol team and the global developer ecosystem to de-risk execution and unblock innovation
Requirements
- Strong background in software engineering with systems-level understanding of distributed systems
- Proven ability to write production-grade code; experience with Rust is a significant plus
- Exceptional written and public speaking skills; ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Comfortable mentoring and answering technical questions in public forums
- Proactive strategic thinker; ability to define and execute a DevRel strategy autonomously
