Developer Relations

• Act as primary technical evangelist, communicating the protocol's vision through engaging content and presentations
• Develop and maintain technical content including documentation, tutorials, blog posts, and code examples
• Foster and nurture a vibrant developer community via online forums (Discord, Twitter), meetups, workshops, and hackathons
• Gather feedback from the ecosystem and translate pain points into actionable insights for engineering and product teams
• Represent the company at conferences and industry events with technical talks and demonstrations
• Serve as a bridge between the core protocol team and the global developer ecosystem to de-risk execution and unblock innovation

Engineering Manager

• Serve as strategic partner to the CTO and translate technical vision into a concrete, executable roadmap
• Lead and manage the engineering team, owning their well-being, professional growth, and performance
• Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and compensation cycles in partnership with HR
• Drive the full hiring process and create an outstanding onboarding experience
• Architect and scale engineering culture; codify values and implement remote-first rituals
• Execute quarterly plans with clear deliverables and objectives to increase predictability and velocity
• Build and continuously improve the engineering "machine": CI/CD, testing frameworks, observability, and incident response
• Lead protocol-level R&D and enable CTO to focus on long-term strategy and external evangelism
