About the role
- You bring together business and technical requirements and act as the first point of contact for our sales applications.
- You manage central systems used in day-to-day advisory work and serve as the interface between the business unit and IT.
- You collect requirements from Sales, clarify functional details with end users and prepare them clearly for technical implementation.
- You support the implementation through to productive deployment, keeping dependencies and deadlines in view.
- You coordinate releases, assist with incident analysis and act as the point of contact for functional questions regarding the applications.
- Your close contact with users allows you to identify needed adjustments early, present them in a structured manner and ensure stable operation.
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training
- Professional experience in banking
- Strong interest in digital topics and enthusiasm for new technologies and ways of working
- Enjoy working independently and in a solution-oriented manner
- Proactive mindset and constructive team collaboration
