About the role

  • You will lead the Finance & Bank Control area, responsible for both functional and personnel matters
  • Responsible for the integrated management of earnings, capital and planning for RLB and the Group
  • Ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting
  • Prepare regulatory documentation and support external audits
  • Support the Executive Board and supervisory bodies with sound analyses, forecasts, scenarios and decision-making materials
  • Actively further develop systems and methods for overall bank management

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in a comparable role
  • Business administration know-how, e.g., degree in business administration (BWL) with relevant specializations (e.g., trust/fiduciary services, controlling and corporate management, banking and finance)
  • Completed professional banking training
  • Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping (UGB/Austrian GAAP, IFRS), consolidation and tax matters
  • Good English skills (business English)
  • Leadership and decision-making competence
  • Structured working style and constructive team collaboration
