About the role
- You lead the Finance & Bank Management area in both technical and personnel matters.
- Responsible for the integrated management of earnings, capital and planning for the Raiffeisen-Landesbank and the Group under UGB (Austrian Commercial Code) and IFRS.
- Ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting.
- Prepare regulatory documentation and support external audits.
- Provide the Executive Board and supervisory bodies with solid analyses, forecasts, scenarios and decision-making materials.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in a comparable position
- Business administration expertise, e.g., degree in Business Administration with relevant specializations
- Completed banking qualification/training
- Knowledge of financial reporting, accounting, consolidation and taxation
- Good English skills (business English)
