About the role

  • IT Reporting: preparation, collection, consolidation and submission to RBI/SB of IT reporting, key IT KPIs; constant analysis and control over KPIs; visualization and constant updating of KPIs on local dashboards
  • Regular communication with RBI: participation in jour-fixes, implementation of updates; organization, preparation for, facilitation of Group IT Calls
  • IT Audit Coordination: regulator, internal, external audit inspections
  • Supporting IT vertical in IT controls compliance according to group policies and standards
  • Supporting and implementing IT processes, standards, and policies of the Bank
  • Identifying and documenting key business processes/workflows
  • Developing a system-level view to ensure consistency of requirements
  • Preparing technical documentation for approved decisions
  • Collaborating with business owners to clarify their requirements for new or improved business processes/products
  • Working with development teams to understand the impact of business decisions on processes/projects

Requirements

  • Confident PC user; proficient in PowerPoint, Power BI, MS Office, Jira/Confluence; advanced MS Excel skills (handling large data sets, formula writing); ability to work with AI/GPT chats, etc
  • Knowledge of standards such as ITIL, COBIT will be a plus
  • Analytical thinking — risk analysis, auditing, process effectiveness evaluation
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and systems
  • Attention to details and accuracy; ability to process large volumes of information without mistakes; strong written communication and document creation skills
  • Organizational, facilitation and communication skills: ability to plan, organize, and manage time and tasks; proactive and results-oriented; ability to express thoughts clearly and listen actively
  • Multitasking: readiness to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, self-organization, and switching between tasks without losing quality
  • Interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence: flexible, adaptive approach to teamwork with a positive attitude; demonstrating empathy and tolerance
  • Strong team player with the ability to communicate clearly
