About the role
- Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and proposals for projects.
- Analyse drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and the internal team to gather necessary information.
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, quotations, and project documentation.
- Support administrative functions including document control, data entry, and reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of tenders and bids.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all tasks.
Requirements
- A qualification in Building, Quantity Surveying, Draughting, or a related discipline.
- 0-2 years experience in similar role advantageous.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and exposure to design/estimating software and AI Automation tools advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
