Salary
💰 ZAR 15,000 - ZAR 20,000 per month
About the role
- Support the Marketing team in organising various projects, events (internal & external) and campaigns
- Design marketing collateral including flyers, social media posts, presentations and posters
- Compile monthly marketing reports and manage timely submission of reports from agencies
- Attend company events and provide support where required
- Provide logistical and administrative support to the Marketing team
- Support social media strategy and implementation and play a role in community management
- Deliver sample product to partners, influencers, and other key stakeholders
- Record minutes, prepare agendas and capture key action points for marketing meetings
- Manage Marketing team office supplies, events stock and consumables and place orders
- Research competitor brands and report on pricing, product launches and brand activity
- Maintain and manage all Brand and Trade Marketing tools and merchandise
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Corporate Communications, Brand Strategy or similar
- 0-2 years’ experience with social media management
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
- MS Office proficient
- Design skills i.e. able to utilise certain design programmes for artwork to be created
- Proficient in various design programs such as Photoshop, Canva and Illustrator
- Proficient in reporting
- Willing to take initiative and has a demonstrated history of doing so
- Excellent communication skills – both written and spoken, internally and externally
- Able to excel in a team environment where many people need to be coordinated
- Able to perform under high pressure situations
- Able to multi-task and work on several objectives simultaneously
- Good organisation and project management skills
- A strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and reliability
- Energetic and willing to get stuck in to grow the company into an iconic and much-loved brand
