About the role

  • Contacting small businesses and inviting them to support local schools by sponsoring school progress reports
  • Make 75+ calls and send 75+ emails daily to prospective small business sponsors
  • Use provided call scripts, email templates, and follow-up cadences to engage leads
  • Convince businesses (e.g., dentists, electricians, restaurants) to advertise through school sponsorship
  • Follow up with interested leads and close sponsorship opportunities
  • Update sales tracking systems and maintain accurate records of communication
  • Work with inbound leads provided and a conversion system

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (any field)
  • Typing speed of 50+ words per minute
  • No previous sales experience required as training will be provided
  • Any previous experience in outbound calling, customer service, or remote work is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Quiet, distraction-free home workspace
  • Ability to follow a proven sales system
