• Go door-to-door in residential neighborhoods to generate appointments for free roof inspections.
• Identify homes that may qualify for roof replacements based on key visual indicators: roof age, storm damage signs, missing shingles, flashing issues, and more.
• Memorize and confidently deliver approved scripts, pitches, and responses to common homeowner questions and objections.
• Build rapport and trust with homeowners by educating them on the benefits of a no-cost, no-obligation inspection.
• Input homeowner information and appointment details into our CRM and canvassing software in real time.
• Diligently track your outreach and follow up with warm leads to maximize conversion.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals set by management.
• Maintain all required solicitation licenses, badges, and identification during fieldwork.
• Support marketing efforts by leveraging social media, local networking, and referrals to generate additional leads.
