About the role

  • Global responsibility for the sales and distribution of HMI standard components
  • Design and continuous optimization of the global sales organization for HMI standard products
  • Functional and disciplinary leadership of the international “Global Sales & Distribution HMI Standard Components” team
  • Development and management of a global distribution strategy using traditional and digital sales channels
  • Development and implementation of targeted go-to-market strategies, taking regional market requirements and potential into account
  • Coordination of annual sales planning with regional units, including defining and tracking revenue, activity and pipeline targets
  • Building and maintaining relationships with distribution partners and subsidiaries, including setting targets and conducting performance reviews
  • Ensuring transparency and control through data-driven management of leads and opportunities
  • Responsibility for the use and further development of central sales tools (especially CRM systems)

Requirements

  • University degree in a technical or business-related field – or equivalent qualification
  • Solid professional experience and demonstrable leadership competence in an international environment
  • Knowledge of distribution and partner management in the field of electromechanical components and devices
  • Deep market and product knowledge in electromechanical components
  • Strong project management skills – you keep an overview in complex projects and drive them toward their objectives
  • Proficient in SAP R/3, MS Office and CRM systems
  • Strong negotiation skills; assertive and customer-focused demeanor
  • Strong business development and sales skills
  • Mindset clearly focused on customer needs and sales objectives
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
