Requirements
What you’ll need- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer support or user-facing role (is a plus but not required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptability in a dynamic work environment
- A good listener with problem-solving instincts, empathy and patience
- Strong interest in customer support and telecommunications
