About the role
- Support the Growth team in implementing a wide range of marketing activities (online and offline)
- Assist with content creation for various channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, Spotify, website, email)
- Prepare and follow up on podcast recordings (interview preparation, YouTube upload, selection of short videos)
- Prepare communication materials for client and prospect conversations
- Design and organize events such as meetups or dinners with prospects and clients
Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in content creation and marketing management
- Basic understanding of SEO and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Fluent in German and English
