About the role

  • Working as a hardware response technician.
  • Delivery of our targets in responding to daily hardware faults, de-installations, footage retrievals, firmware upgrades, SD card upgrades, fleet check audits and site weekly visits.
  • Repairing the cameras, monitors and cables, depending on the fault.
  • Responsible for all of our footage retrieval requests, firmware upgrades and SD card swaps.
  • Main labour source for our de-installations, where you will attend sites to remove our kit safely from our customers vehicles and sending this back to our workshop.
  • Maintaining pro-active daily communication with customers / internal teams to ensure resolution and appropriate follow up, leading to customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Ability to prioritise and keep to deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate good attention to detail, good judgement and showing logical decision making.
  • Practical hands-on experience.
  • Team player who is confident and a self-starter, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment.
  • Problem solving ability, a pro-active approach and “can do” attitude.
  • A strong desire to effect continuous improvements to the systems and processes.
  • Good planning and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
