About the role
- Designing a website for a nonprofit client under management of our Design Director
- Developing a polished, production-ready UI in Figma—translating strategic intent into visual design
- Attention to responsive behavior, accessibility, and developer handoff
Requirements
- Minimum of six years of professional experience, preferably in an agency
- Expert-level Figma skills including components, variables, styles, and auto-layout
- Strong understanding of design systems
- Experience developing responsive UI designs based on established creative direction
- Experience preparing production-ready Figma files with clear annotations for developer handoff
- Ability to flag technical constraints, edge cases, and accessibility considerations proactively
- Experience incorporating feedback and collaborating with design leadership and developers
- Must be within 3 hours of the EST timezone
- Nice to Have
- Experience working with nonprofits or in an agency setting
- Experience presenting to stakeholders or clients
