About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support and enhance financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting capabilities within Workday Adaptive Planning
Develop and maintain advanced financial models, dashboards, and reports
Support strategic decision-making and operational performance
Partner with Finance leadership to drive practice-wide, bottom-up budget and forecast development
Analyze financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Provide actionable insights and improve forecasting accuracy
Serve as a key resource for Adaptive Planning modeling, reporting, and FP&A initiatives
Gain broad exposure to Radiology Partners’ healthcare practice operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Understanding of how financial models, assumptions, and reporting structures impact business performance
Highly analytical and able to leverage data to solve business problems and support decision-making
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to quickly learn and apply new systems and technical tools
Workday Adaptive Planning experience strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
2–5+ years of finance or FP&A experience preferred
