Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses for strategic initiatives
  • Develop frameworks and manage key payor contracting initiatives
  • Develop KPIs, dashboards, and leadership presentations
  • Identify revenue opportunities and challenges
  • Partner with Analytics, Revenue Cycle Management, and Finance on analyses and models supporting payor contracting strategies
  • Translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for senior leadership
  • Monitor evolving payor and demographic trends
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Apply project management, communication, collaboration, and independent decision-making skills
  • Maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience in healthcare operations, payor contracting, contract administration, project management, or process improvement
  • Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and process improvement skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and collaboration tools
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to analyze performance data
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred
  • PMP or similar project management/process improvement certification preferred
