About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses for strategic initiatives
- Develop frameworks and manage key payor contracting initiatives
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and leadership presentations
- Identify revenue opportunities and challenges
- Partner with Analytics, Revenue Cycle Management, and Finance on analyses and models supporting payor contracting strategies
- Translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for senior leadership
- Monitor evolving payor and demographic trends
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Apply project management, communication, collaboration, and independent decision-making skills
- Maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience in healthcare operations, payor contracting, contract administration, project management, or process improvement
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and process improvement skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and collaboration tools
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to analyze performance data
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred
- PMP or similar project management/process improvement certification preferred
