Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses for strategic initiatives
Develop frameworks and manage key payor contracting initiatives
Develop KPIs, dashboards, and leadership presentations
Identify revenue opportunities and challenges
Partner with Analytics, Revenue Cycle Management, and Finance on analyses and models supporting payor contracting strategies
Translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for senior leadership
Monitor evolving payor and demographic trends
Lead cross-functional initiatives and manage competing priorities and deadlines
Apply project management, communication, collaboration, and independent decision-making skills
Maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
Experience in healthcare operations, payor contracting, contract administration, project management, or process improvement
Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and process improvement skills
Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and collaboration tools
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
Ability to manage competing priorities
Ability to analyze performance data
Ability to maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment
Advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred
PMP or similar project management/process improvement certification preferred
