About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Join Advanced Radiology, SC as a General Diagnostic Radiologist in a growing radiology practice
  • Read a full range of diagnostic radiology, including Body Imaging, Musculoskeletal, Neuroradiology, and Nuclear Medicine
  • Perform light interventional procedures
  • Spend 50%–60% of time in a specialty, with general radiology supported through a fair coverage model
  • Work remote daytime, evening, weekend, and multiple available shift options
  • Provide a minimum of 3 shifts per month
  • Work without overnight coverage; third-party coverage handles 11 p.m.–7 a.m. CST
  • Maintain workflow using supported technology and support staff

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy
  • Board certified/eligible by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
  • Must hold or be eligible for Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin medical licenses
  • Ability to read a full range of diagnostic radiology
  • Ability to perform light interventional procedures
  • Fellowship training in any subspecialty preferred but not required
  • MQSA preferred but not required
  • Ability to read mammography preferred but not required
  • Independent Contractor/1099 status
