About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the implementation and ongoing administration of physician and extender schedules for multiple local practices using QGenda
Generate and communicate real-time schedule changes, including emergency coverage and coverage for meetings or unplanned absences
Produce scheduling and staffing reports including shift distribution, extra shifts, PTO, and payroll-related data
Partner closely with Practice Directors and Regional leadership to align staffing needs with operational goals
Communicate scheduling protocols, updates, and changes effectively with physicians and internal stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 2 years of physician scheduling experience required; radiologist scheduling strongly preferred
Strong working knowledge of QGenda required
Associate degree or equivalent experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment preferred
Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to time-sensitive requests
