About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and strengthen relationships with referring providers, healthcare practices, and community partners to increase referral growth and enhance the customer experience
- Serve as the primary liaison for assigned provider offices by promoting imaging services, educating referral partners, and identifying new business opportunities
- Support marketing initiatives through provider education, community outreach, digital marketing, social media management, and promotional campaigns
- Manage an assigned territory by analyzing referral trends, maintaining provider relationships, and developing strategies to increase utilization and market presence
- Collaborate with operations, scheduling, clinical leadership, IT, and radiologists to improve provider satisfaction, streamline workflows, and support strategic initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2-3 years of healthcare marketing, physician relations, pharmaceutical sales, medical sales, or business development experience preferred
- Experience working with physician practices or outpatient healthcare services is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, presentation, and customer service skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills with experience identifying referral growth opportunities and maintaining CRM data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, digital marketing, and social media management with strong problem-solving abilities.
