About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Complete initial state medical license applications using established procedures
  • Conduct consistent follow-up with radiologists, medical boards, and references to obtain required documentation
  • Maintain accurate documentation, updates, and status tracking in internal systems
  • Manage assigned licensing workflows, tasks, and target dates
  • Identify and escalate application delays, deficiencies, or risks to Senior Licensing Specialist or leadership
  • Maintain professional communication with external licensing boards and institutions
  • Support onboarding of new team members through peer guidance as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • 2-3 years Medical Licensing or Credentialing Experience
  • Detail-oriented and extremely organized, with excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Goal-oriented with excellent negotiation and people skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
