About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Recruitment Operations Partners, including performance management and development planning
- Own recruiting operations for assigned business areas, including scheduling, candidate communication, and sourcing support
- Ensure data integrity across ATS/CRM systems and drive accurate reporting and metrics tracking
- Improve recruiting processes, workflows, and candidate experience through SOPs and operational enhancements
- Serve as a trusted partner and escalation point while maintaining high service standards, confidentiality, and stakeholder relationships
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in related field – preferred
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations
- 1-3+ years of people leadership experience
- Experience supporting clinical or technical roles
- Physician Recruiting support experience highly preferred
