Key responsibilities & impact

Guide the evolution of vRad’s suite of software applications
Act as product owner on multiple agile software development teams
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog
Cultivate and communicate product vision
Represent customers and stakeholders
Communicate status externally
Work with the team to eliminate barriers
Provide recommendations regarding technology investments
Meet with customers to identify customer needs
Work collaboratively with team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or 5+ years of software development experience
Direct experience working in or with a radiology department
Solid understanding of radiology workflows and imaging modalities (MRI, CT, X-ray, ultrasound)
Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards including DICOM, HL7, and FHIR
Demonstrated experience writing specifications and documentation for software development
Strong process orientation and problem solving skills
Ability to travel up to 15%
