Requirements

What you’ll need

Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy
Board-certified and residency trained in Diagnostic Radiology
Board certified/eligible by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
Fellowship training preferred but not required
Ability to secure an Indiana License
