Director

• Set the strategic direction and objectives for Radio-Canada Acadie.
• Ensure effective management of all regional resources (people, financial, equipment and facilities).
• Provide positive, collaborative and outcome-focused leadership to the Radio-Canada Acadie management team as well as all programming and non-programming staff.
• Be responsible and accountable for audience ratings and metrics across Radio-Canada Acadie platforms.
• Work closely with your management team and employees to ensure that results and metrics match or exceed the previous year’s performance.
• Ensure the development and production of network programs within the region.
• Oversee the development of new programming in the context of media priorities.
• Cultivate close strategic relationships with Radio-Canada Acadie partners to better connect with the community and enhance programming.
• Act as corporate spokesperson for regional issues.
• Proactively and positively represent CBC/Radio-Canada within the region and help conduct public relations initiatives, particularly targeting cultural and francophone associations.

Regional Director

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for providing operational finance support to several business functions such as Business & Rights, Transformation Office, Equity & Inclusion and others.
• Responsible for handling all financial aspects (contracting, cost tracking, budgeting, analysis, and reporting) for all related groups.
• Prepare both standard and non-standard freelance contracts and renewals in Livelink in accordance with the various collective agreements (including CMG, unaffiliated, WGC, ACTRA, CFM).
• Prepare, coordinate, track, and reconcile expenditures.
• Provide support and guidance with purchasing, e-plaza ordering, and employee reimbursements.
• Prepare and track budgets/cost estimates for special projects and programming initiatives.

QA Engineer

• You will take the lead in coaching the Analytics team in the practice of automated testing.
• You will expand the automated regression testing framework for our web/mobile analytics platforms to ensure our analytics products behave as designed.
• You will maintain high-quality standards of automation testing, perform manual testing and contribute to the existing code based on insights gained from automation testing.
• You will research and apply best practices.
• You will recommend research-based or experience-based automation tools.
• You will integrate Test Automation execution into the existing Continuous Integration workflow with Atlassian Bamboo and Bitbucket, Jenkins and Docker.
