About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Report to the Team Lead, Video Production.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and go-to resource for the team.
- Plan requirements for advertising and promotional shoots with production teams and post-production staff.
- Liaise with external production companies to gather assets and information.
- Develop creative production projects and coordinate client requirements, cost estimates, vendor bidding, timelines and stakeholder availability.
- Secure required approvals across all project phases.
- Partner with producers and digital editors to coordinate advertising and promotional shoots.
- Coordinate projects to ensure quality, brand standards, deadlines, budgets and technical requirements.
- Address issues, recommend alternative solutions, and report on progress or scope changes.
- Advise internal client department management on feasibility, implementation and progress.
- Negotiate project costs, deadlines and contractual terms with suppliers.
- Research and recommend qualified external vendors.
- Complete forms and documents and prepare correspondence and reports.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completion of a college-level program, such as a DEC, technical diploma or community college diploma, or equivalent.
- Two or more years’ experience performing similar or related duties.
- Excellent knowledge of French, spoken and written.
- Knowledge of English is an asset.
- Excellent knowledge of advertising production and post-production stages is an asset.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent proficiency in Google Suite, including Drive and Sheets.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Excellent stress and priority management.
- Candidates may be subject to skills and knowledge testing.
