About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead assigned Continuous Improvement and Business Process Management initiatives from problem definition through implementation and sustained adoption
- Translate ambiguous business problems into structured objectives, analysis plans, and delivery work
- Analyze processes and performance using operational data, stakeholder input, root cause analysis, and process evidence
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and working sessions to validate findings, explore future-state options, and build alignment
- Design and document improved business processes using BPMN 2.0 and BPM practices
- Identify opportunities to modernize People & Culture service delivery and improve employee experience
- Develop, operationalize, and monitor process performance measures and KPIs
- Apply process architecture and value stream concepts to assigned initiative analysis
- Translate process needs into business requirements and system considerations, including Workday-related opportunities
- Deliver internally tailored White Belt, Yellow Belt, and other continuous-improvement learning sessions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Human Resources, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, or equivalent practical continuous improvement experience
- 5 to 7 years of progressive, hands-on experience in continuous improvement, business process management, business analysis, service improvement, or operational improvement within a complex organization
- Experience analyzing, designing, improving, and documenting end-to-end business processes using BPM practices and BPMN 2.0
- Experience using operational data and process performance measures to identify opportunities, support decisions, and track outcomes
- Experience managing initiatives through discovery, analysis, implementation, adoption, and performance monitoring
- Experience supporting CI, BPM, or process performance training and knowledge-transfer sessions
- Exposure to process architecture and process governance concepts, including process hierarchy, value streams, capabilities, handoffs, and process inventories
- Exposure to personas, journey mapping, and service experience methods
- Exposure to AI-enabled tools, process intelligence, process mining, or automation concepts
- Bilingualism in English and French is required
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with senior stakeholders, peers, and business partners
- Strong synthesis and presentation skills
- Strong end-to-end process and systems thinking
- Proactive and self-directed approach
- Sound stakeholder judgment and ability to influence without formal authority
- Candidates may be subject to skills and knowledge testing
- Candidates advancing to the next step must complete a mandatory criminal record check and potentially other background checks
