About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract high-quality candidates across key talent segments
  • Define and refine the Employee Value Proposition using data, research, and employee insights
  • Manage and evolve CBC/Radio-Canada’s employer brand guidelines, including voice, tone, visual identity, diversity, and reconciliation commitments
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, communications, subject matter experts, and recruiting teams to identify needs and competitive advantages
  • Partner with Marketing to align employer-brand messaging with the overall brand identity
  • Develop content including social media posts, videos, blogs, and employee stories
  • Manage and optimize the organization’s presence on employer review sites such as Glassdoor and LinkedIn
  • Design recruitment marketing campaigns, including job ads, email campaigns, and careers-page content
  • Develop, implement, and manage the Talent Acquisition social media strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Establish KPIs and analyze campaign performance and candidate-engagement metrics
  • Provide insights and recommendations
  • Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience across all touchpoints
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor employer-branding strategies
  • Build a differentiated employer brand that strengthens the organization’s ability to attract and engage top talent

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or digital marketing
  • Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written
  • Strong content creation and storytelling skills
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and analytics tools
  • Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research, and web traffic metrics
  • Experience with writing, graphic design, and video production
  • Proficiency in tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
  • Understanding of equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives in recruiting
