About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate job postings from formatting through publication on internal and external platforms, including social media
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and applicable collective agreements
- Administer and follow up on applicant assessments and testing
- Carry out pre-employment screening
- Plan and organize selection board meetings in managers’ and senior specialists’ calendars
- Archive relevant documents and provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
- Participate in Talent Acquisition meetings, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support Senior Specialists throughout the recruitment cycle
- Provide quality control for job postings and applicant testing
- Maintain relationships with internal and external recruitment partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant administrative support experience in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum two years’ relevant experience
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills in English and French; bilingualism required
- Advanced English reading and speaking skills and intermediate English writing skills
- Advanced French reading and speaking skills and intermediate French writing skills
- Superior organizational, customer service, and prioritization skills
- High degree of judgment and attention to detail
- Strict commitment to confidentiality and procedural integrity
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external partners
- Ability to operate in a complex, fast-moving, and evolving environment
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office suites
- Community college diploma in HR administration or a related field
- Candidates may be subject to skills and knowledge testing
- Successful candidates must complete a mandatory criminal record check; other background checks may apply
- Employees must adhere to the CBC/Radio-Canada Code of Conduct as a condition of employment
