About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support project managers with administrative tasks related to finalizing agreements
- Enter contractual information, including rights, licensing costs, and broadcast obligations, into the contract and rights management system
- Prepare letters, contracts, amendments, recommendations, and payment schedules
- Coordinate approval and signing of contractual documents
- Ensure the accuracy of data entered into Radio-Canada’s tools
- Collaborate with internal partners, independent producers, and international distributors
- Analyze and report on the Corporation’s position and alternatives in selected administrative matters
- Interpret administrative standards, policies, and procedures to resolve data-processing and analysis issues
- Monitor contracts, estimates, and market changes; report performance, trends, gaps, and alternatives
- Negotiate service contracts and leases within established parameters
- Prepare forms, correspondence, reports, timelines, and supporting documentation
- Explain duties to help familiarize others with their work
- Perform other administrative tasks
Requirements
What you’ll need- College diploma in a relevant field, such as management or administration
- At least two years’ experience in a related field, including administration in a unionized environment
- Ability to manage priorities, stay organized, and work under tight deadlines
- Thorough, meticulous, accurate, resourceful, discreet, concise, curious, and adaptable to new computer tools
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and the MS Office suite
- Solid command of spoken and written French, the working language
- Candidates may be subject to skills and knowledge testing
