About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven ability to lead and influence recruitment processes
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • A proactive and creative approach to implementing innovative sourcing strategies
  • Demonstrated capability to manage a high volume of specialized recruitment assignments
  • Strong judgment, attention to detail, and a commitment to confidentiality and procedural integrity
  • Experience working within a unionized environment is considered an asset
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (experience with Workday is a plus)
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office suites is an asset
  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field is an asset
