About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, scale, and sustain an enterprise-wide leadership development strategy

Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience leading large-scale Leadership Development portfolios
- Fluent in both English and French
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Deep knowledge of modern instructional design, coaching frameworks, assessment tools, and global L&D trends
