• Respond to all inquiries submitted through the MAX platform in a timely and effective manner
• Work closely with the sales team to facilitate client adoption of the MAX platform
• Conduct product demonstrations for both prospective and existing clients
• Maintain and update all sales materials, including presentations, brochures, and data sheets
• Plan organize, and facilitate webinars designed to engage clients
• Oversee the onboarding process for new clients
• Act as a primary point of escalation for all client- and sales-related challenges
• Maintain Salesforce records to ensure data accuracy
• Manage and configure promotional advertising initiatives directly on the MAX platform
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Propose and recommend new data products and segments based on market demand
