About the role
- Build and launch email campaigns, workflows, and nurture programs in HubSpot
- Own daily execution inside HubSpot, including workflows, lists, campaign QA, and performance tracking
- Support always-on and trigger-based campaigns across ICP segments
- Actively monitor and act on Clay signals daily (intent, engagement, behavioral triggers)
- Route high-priority Tier 1 signals to Sales in real time
- Trigger and manage follow-up workflows in HubSpot based on signal activity
- Launch and optimize Tier 2 signal-based nurture campaigns
- Own performance across the lead → meeting → held funnel
- Identify drop-offs and implement improvements to increase booking and conversion rates
- Support initiatives to improve meeting conversion and pipeline efficiency
- Ensure leads, meetings, and campaigns are properly tracked across HubSpot and Salesforce
- Maintain clean data and consistent campaign attribution (source, campaign, lifecycle stage)
- Support marketing → sales handoff workflows and follow-up processes
- Build and manage pre- and post-event email workflows in HubSpot
- Ensure proper routing, follow-up, and attribution for event-driven leads
- Support campaign execution tied to webinars, field events, and executive programs
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, or campaign operations
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (required)
- Experience working with or alongside tools like Clay, Salesforce, or enrichment platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo)
- Comfortable working inside marketing systems daily (workflows, lists, QA, campaign setup)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify performance trends and take action.
