About the role

  • Manage overall financial operations, including cash management, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, audit & tax work
  • Provide strategic financial leadership and oversight of financial operations
  • Engage with Board and Committee, external financial relationships, and contract management
  • Supervise and guide Finance Team
  • Maintain banking relationships and corporate insurance brokers
  • Offer financial direction to CEO and Board Members as needed
  • Participate in professional growth and maintain work hours

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
  • 10 years + experience in all aspects of accounting & finance
  • 3+ years in an executive or senior leadership financial position
  • Preferred:
  • Non-Profit/Healthcare Experience
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Unrelated Business Income Taxes (UBIT) accounting and reporting experience
  • Experience using Accounting Software (Sage preferred), Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Electronic Health Record software experience, Credible Software
