About the role

  • Identify, engage and onboard suitable clients through networking and relationship building.
  • Provide proactive, ongoing financial planning advice tailored to clients’ changing circumstances.
  • Work closely with paraplanners and support staff to ensure client instructions are completed efficiently.
  • Develop new opportunities with existing clients to optimise their portfolios.
  • Collaborate with the Financial Education Team where required.
  • Build and maintain relationships with professional introducers.
  • Liaise with external professionals involved in clients’ financial affairs.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge through qualifications, CPD and training.

Requirements

  • Strong background in financial planning
  • Proven success delivering high-quality client service
  • Experience within a fee-based financial planning environment
  • Excellent understanding of the full financial planning process
  • University degree or equivalent industry experience
  • FCA-recognised qualifications
