About the role
- Identify, engage and onboard suitable clients through networking and relationship building.
- Provide proactive, ongoing financial planning advice tailored to clients’ changing circumstances.
- Work closely with paraplanners and support staff to ensure client instructions are completed efficiently.
- Develop new opportunities with existing clients to optimise their portfolios.
- Collaborate with the Financial Education Team where required.
- Build and maintain relationships with professional introducers.
- Liaise with external professionals involved in clients’ financial affairs.
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge through qualifications, CPD and training.
Requirements
- Strong background in financial planning
- Proven success delivering high-quality client service
- Experience within a fee-based financial planning environment
- Excellent understanding of the full financial planning process
- University degree or equivalent industry experience
- FCA-recognised qualifications
