About the role
- Support verification of facility models, system parameters, relay settings, and operational data required for reliability and compliance assessments
- Perform power system analyses under supervision
- Assist with engineering documentation required for NERC audits, internal reviews, and evidence retention
- Participate in grid event analysis, disturbance reviews, and reliability investigations in a supporting role
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support engineering and compliance objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Power System) or closely related discipline
- 3-5 years’ work experience in NERC Compliance
- Proven experience in NERC MOD standards testing and compliance
- Strong background in generator modeling and dynamic performance validation
- Experience using one or more power system modeling tools (e.g., PSS/E, PSCAD, PSLF, TSAT, ETAP)
