About the role
- Manage daily and ongoing compliance activities for NERC registered projects.
- Track and complete regulatory filings for NERC registered projects.
- Work with NERC Implementation team during construction phase of projects to complete project registration with applicable entities.
- Lead meetings with various stakeholders, including clients, EPC contractors, engineering teams, and more.
- Manage workflow for Compliance Associate(s).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 4 years renewable energy industry experience in asset management, business management, contract management, compliance, or operations roles.
- 3+ years’ work experience in NERC Compliance.
- Technical knowledge of power systems operations and NERC Reliability Standards.
- NERC Operator Certification strongly preferred.
- Additional knowledge of ERCOT, CAISO, and other ISO/RTO markets, State Public Utilities Commissions, and IA/PAA operational requirements desirable.
