About the role
- Supervise a group of 2 or more individuals within the Financial Asset Management group
- Proficiency with all roles and responsibilities required of a Senior Associate
- Managerial responsibilities over three or more clients
- Review of tasks completed by Senior Associates and Associates
- Manage workstreams over both short and long-term timelines
- Perform research into technical GAAP questions
- Serve as the primary client contact
- Provide mentorship for Senior Associates
- Oversee all team activities
- Manage support of external audits & tax preparation
Requirements
- 1-2 years management experience
- Expertise in accounting and/or finance
- Proven documentation, presentation, and communication skills
- University Degree (or equivalent) with 4-6 years of experience in the domain
- Masters/Graduate and 2-4 years domain experience
- BS in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent) preferred
