About the role
- Manage cross-functional teams to implement and maintain NERC CIP compliance programs for medium impact BES Cyber Systems.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple departments.
- Coordinate internal audits, gap assessments, and remediation activities.
- Serve as liaison between technical teams, compliance, and Clients, acting as a trusted advisor who translates regulatory requirements into actionable guidance.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure proactive compliance strategy updates, driving continuous improvement beyond audit readiness.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership.
- Support training and awareness programs related to NERC CIP standards.
- Ensure documentation and evidence meet audit and regulatory expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related experience.
- Proven track record in project management roles, preferably within the field of operational technology or a related industry.
- Working knowledge in regulatory compliance, NERC, FERC, or other reporting obligations for operating projects.
- Expertise in project agreements & material terms.
- Proven client communication skills.
