About the role Manage cross-functional teams to implement and maintain NERC CIP compliance programs for medium impact BES Cyber Systems. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple departments. Coordinate internal audits, gap assessments, and remediation activities. Serve as liaison between technical teams, compliance, and Clients, acting as a trusted advisor who translates regulatory requirements into actionable guidance. Monitor regulatory changes and ensure proactive compliance strategy updates, driving continuous improvement beyond audit readiness. Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership. Support training and awareness programs related to NERC CIP standards. Ensure documentation and evidence meet audit and regulatory expectations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related experience. Proven track record in project management roles, preferably within the field of operational technology or a related industry. Working knowledge in regulatory compliance, NERC, FERC, or other reporting obligations for operating projects. Expertise in project agreements & material terms. Proven client communication skills.
