About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support feature prioritization and define product specifications based on customer and clinical needs
Coordinate and manage product releases, including associated requirements and timelines
Test new product versions and features prior to release, including regression testing to ensure product integrity
Investigate and help resolve issues identified during testing and by clinical users
Partner with Support and Customer Success teams to troubleshoot complex customer issues
Share feedback and insights with Product, Engineering, and leadership to inform ongoing improvements
Support regulatory and quality requirements for a medical device product, partnering with internal stakeholders as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience as a clinical medical physicist
Direct experience commissioning treatment planning system algorithms
Experience with Monte Carlo calculation algorithms, including configuration and validation
Strong understanding of radiation oncology clinical workflows
Familiarity with Radformation products, particularly ClearCalc (preferred experience)
Experience commissioning multiple treatment planning systems or working with multiple calculation algorithms (preferred experience)
Exposure to product management or similar responsibilities (preferred experience)
Programming experience (C# or similar) or interest in learning (preferred experience)
Experience with project workflow tools such as Jira (preferred experience)
Customer-facing or support experience (preferred experience)
