About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support feature prioritization and define product specifications based on customer and clinical needs
  • Coordinate and manage product releases, including associated requirements and timelines
  • Test new product versions and features prior to release, including regression testing to ensure product integrity
  • Investigate and help resolve issues identified during testing and by clinical users
  • Partner with Support and Customer Success teams to troubleshoot complex customer issues
  • Share feedback and insights with Product, Engineering, and leadership to inform ongoing improvements
  • Support regulatory and quality requirements for a medical device product, partnering with internal stakeholders as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience as a clinical medical physicist
  • Direct experience commissioning treatment planning system algorithms
  • Experience with Monte Carlo calculation algorithms, including configuration and validation
  • Strong understanding of radiation oncology clinical workflows
  • Familiarity with Radformation products, particularly ClearCalc (preferred experience)
  • Experience commissioning multiple treatment planning systems or working with multiple calculation algorithms (preferred experience)
  • Exposure to product management or similar responsibilities (preferred experience)
  • Programming experience (C# or similar) or interest in learning (preferred experience)
  • Experience with project workflow tools such as Jira (preferred experience)
  • Customer-facing or support experience (preferred experience)
