About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the design, administration, governance, and continuous improvement of global benefits programs across 22 countries
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global benefits strategy aligned with Rackspace's business objectives
- Evaluate, design, and enhance employee benefit programs
- Conduct market benchmarking and competitive analyses
- Oversee the day-to-day administration of global benefits programs and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with benefits regulations, tax requirements, and employment laws
- Lead relationships with brokers, consultants, insurers, and third-party administrators globally
- Provide subject matter expertise and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive benefits experience
- Proven track record managing benefits design and administration across multiple countries
- Demonstrated experience supporting large employee populations in the United States, India, and the United Kingdom
- Strong knowledge of global benefits practices, compliance requirements, and vendor management
- Experience leading benefits teams and developing talent
- Excellent analytical, financial, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
