Ensure reliability, performance, scalability, and operational excellence of our multi-cloud DBaaS platform across: Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Drive operational standards, automation frameworks, and reliability engineering practices across distributed cloud environments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

8–10+ years of experience in DBA / Platform Engineering
Strong experience in multi-cloud environments (minimum two: Azure / AWS / GCP)
Expertise in high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), and performance tuning
Strong automation mindset using Terraform, scripting, and CI/CD pipelines
Experience in SaaS / DBaaS environments is preferred
Database Administration (DBA) Skills
Microsoft SQL Server (Primary)
PostgreSQL, MySQL (Secondary)
Backup & Recovery strategies
Performance tuning (query optimization, indexing, troubleshooting)
Database security (roles, access control, auditing)
Log Analysis: Reading and analyzing database and system logs.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Performing in-depth analysis after major incidents
Query Performance: Analyzing slow queries, deadlocks, and resource contention.
AWS (RDS, Aurora), Azure (SQL Database, Cosmos DB), GCP (Cloud SQL, Firestore)
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Kubernetes)
Containerized database environments (Kubernetes)
Observability tools (ELK stack – Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
Database migration across cloud platforms
Database scaling strategies (vertical & horizontal scaling)
