Be the technical point of escalation to the Cloud Support and Engineering teams; resolving customer issues.
Monitor and provide maintenance for all related infrastructure.
Ensure the control, integrity, and accessibility of the cloud environment.
Implements large, complex enterprise-class solutions.
Lead tasks relating to system architecture enhancements, problem management, fleet.
Lead Workload/Workforce Management and Optimization related tasks.
Provide technical expertise underpinning communications targeting a range of stakeholders - from individual contributors to leaders across the business.
Collaborate with Account Managers and Business Development Consultants to build strong customer relationships.
Share knowledge with other Engineers and Administrators on the support floor.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred
High School Diploma required
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Palo Alto Networks Certified Next-Generation Firewall Engineer (PCNSE) certification preferred
Ability to work with F5 load balancers
Experience with Palo Alto firewalls
AWS Cloud experience
Knowledge and experience with ethical hacking, firewall and intrusion detection/prevention technologies, secure coding practices and threat modeling
Advance knowledge and experience of virtualization technologies, Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems
Advance knowledge and experience of network and server hardware infrastructures and storage technologies (NAS, SAN)
Experience with designing secure network architectures, identity and access management principles, application security, encryption technologies, DNS, SOA, database and web applications
Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex scenarios with clear solutions.
Ability to make appropriate decisions considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions.
