About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supports the management and success of contracted and third-party sales partners
  • Acts as a key liaison between internal teams and external organizations
  • Focuses on partner communication, reporting, and operational support
  • Includes commission coordination, performance tracking, and campaign updates
  • Works closely with the Partner Relations Manager
  • Helps ensure alignment between partner activities and company objectives
  • Maintains strong day-to-day relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship
  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent education in a related field of study is preferred
  • A valid driver's license, subject to successful verification through a DMV check, is mandatory
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales operations partner relations or reporting focused roles
  • Experience working with third-party or contracted sales teams preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce SalesRabbit or similar platforms preferred
  • Comfortable working with data reporting and commission tracking
  • Ability to act as a liaison between cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Flexibility to work outside standard hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed to meet project deadlines or address critical issues
  • The ability to effectively communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension, as necessary for effective job performance and workplace communication
  • Bilingual communication skills are considered a plus, particularly when serving diverse communities
