About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Grow your knowledge of RAC products and services through comprehensive, full-time training and ongoing development.
  • Be the first point of contact for around 50–60 RAC members each day, providing support, guidance and reassurance.
  • Confidently navigate multiple systems while delivering supportive, high-quality conversations with members.
  • Understand individual needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Work alongside a supportive, motivated team that encourages collaboration and celebrates success.
  • Meet compliance requirements set by regulatory standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong computer literacy and the ability to confidently navigate multiple systems while engaging with members
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with KPIs and sales targets, both individually and as part of a team
  • Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to build rapport
  • Empathy and resilience when supporting members through challenging situations
  • Available to work required shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays where applicable
  • Full Australian working rights.
