About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Grow your knowledge of RAC products and services through comprehensive, full-time training and ongoing development
- Be the first point of contact for around 50–60 RAC members each day, providing support, guidance and reassurance
- Confidently navigate multiple systems while delivering engaging, high-quality conversations with members
- Understand individual needs and offer tailored solutions
- Work alongside a supportive, motivated team that encourages collaboration and celebrates success
- Meet compliance requirements set by regulatory standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong computer literacy and the ability to confidently navigate multiple systems while engaging with members
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with KPIs and sales targets, both individually and as part of a team
- Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to build rapport
- Empathy and resilience when supporting members through challenging situations
- Available to work required shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays where applicable
- Full Australian working rights
