About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build relationships with bankers within the group by providing analytical and transactional support
  • Create marketing materials
  • Handle management reporting and track income
  • Develop understanding of client portfolios and covered industries
  • Support Relationship Managers in managing client relationships
  • Accompany Relationship Managers to client meetings
  • Maintain the Client Link CRM system and support KYC processes and requirements
  • Complete ad-hoc business management projects
  • Liaise between Relationship Managers and Product Groups
  • Learn and apply basic product support techniques, including capital structure analysis and ABF products and solutions
  • Further develop the Energy Transition prospecting funnel for North America
  • Conduct market and sector analyses in collaboration with RaboResearch
  • Prepare and coordinate client and prospect discussions and presentations
  • Collaborate with Senior Bankers, Strategy and Business Manager, and cross-functional banking teams
  • Assist with strategic projects for the team and senior management
  • Prepare for client meetings and pitches
  • Monitor the portfolio and manage CRM data entry, pipeline management, and call report production
  • Ensure accurate data analysis and record-keeping to monitor overall business

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience with formal credit training and portfolio management at a major bank
  • Previous exposure/experience in the Energy/Commodities/Infrastructure Sectors desired
  • Ability to travel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • Rabobank is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position
